But, at the end of the film she understood her mistakes and Ujaan also realizes the mistakes whatever he had done with Sudipa. The film ended with a very nice song “Tumi Jake Bhalobaso”.
Review – The story of this film is very nice. Understanding is the main thing in Relationship. Without understanding, it is impossible to continue the relationship. In this film we have seen that the love story of Ujaan and Sudipa. Sudipa came from Mumbai to visit the City of Joy. Ujaan was the tour guide who described the beauty of the city in front of Sudipa and other women’s. In that time, love was created between Sudipa and Ujaan but after some months, this love has converted into doubt. This doubt had created a break up between them. Love was present between them but understanding was not present between them. In this film, we have also seen some very funny moments, like the one where the old lady complains to the railway attendant about the AC and other aspects in horrible Bengali mixed with Hindi as her husband humurously points out later. We have also seen the funny seen between Ajay and his wife. We have also listened the beautiful song “Kolkata” by Anupam Roy. Apart from the Antakshari sequence, there is hardly any interaction between the people on the coach. This film is basically the story of Ujaan and Sudipa and their failed relationship. Udita and Malini were Sudipa’s Copassenger firstly. Ujaan joins them at Nagpur. He was surprised to find sudipa in the same coupe. Firstly, Sudipa became very much disturbed after knowing the identity of Malini and Udita. But this 30 hours of the train journey has given a nice change in the mind of Sudipa. She realizes her mistakes. She realizes that understanding was not present between them. She got a chance to talk with Ujaan. They discussed about their present and past and they understood their mistakes. This situation changed the mind of Sudipa. She also realized her mistakes. But, at the near end of the story Malini understood that Sudipa was the first wife of Ujaan. But, for this reason, Malini did not ask anything to Ujaan. Because Understanding was present between them. Malini has disclosed to Sudipa that she understood everything. This was a nice gift of her birthday from Sudipa that she got Ujaan.
So, this film essentially the story of Ujaan and Sudipa and their failed relationship. Understanding is very essential in every relationship. If it is present, Relationship will be able continue. Otherwise, Prakton will repeat again and again. We have learnt how to be understandable, and how to overcome the hectic situations of life from this beautiful film.
Praktan is the film that I have seen more than 10 times. It is my favourite movie.
